Your Client Dashboard

Every OliRam Advisors client gets a client portal that goes far beyond a PDF report at month-end. You get real-time reports, bank reconciliation, and a bookkeeping workflow built around your business. Here's a closer look at what's inside.

OliRam Advisors client dashboard showing a live Profit & Loss chart with income, expenses, and net income trend
01

Live Dashboard

A real-time view of your Profit & Loss, not a static PDF at month-end.

The dashboard opens on a live Profit & Loss chart showing Income, Expenses, and Net Income for Current Month, Last 3 Months, Year to Date, Last Year, or a custom range, computed the moment you load the page from your posted transactions. A smoothed trendline overlays the bars so you can see whether net income is improving or slipping, not just what it was last month. Below the chart, the same period's totals and full income/expense breakdown match the Reports page exactly. Widgets like the P&L chart, account balances, bank accounts snapshot, recent transactions, and tax filing reminders can all be shown, hidden, and drag-reordered to match how you actually work, and the whole portal supports a Night Mode for low-light use.

02

Financial Reports

Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, and Trial Balance, generated instantly.

Four core financial reports are generated live from your posted general ledger, in standard accounting order (Assets, Liabilities, Equity, Income, Expenses) rather than alphabetically. Compare any period to the prior period or the same period last year, add a quarterly breakdown to your Profit & Loss, and save any combination of filters by name to reload later. When you're ready to share a report, export it straight to a styled Excel file with live formulas, not a flattened snapshot of numbers.

03

Bank Accounts & Reconciliation

Batch-enter transactions and reconcile every account down to the penny.

Every bank account and credit card on this page traces back to a real account in your Chart of Accounts, with no separate, disconnected "connect a bank" step. Batch Enter Transactions lets you paste in a day's or week's worth of deposits, checks, charges, or payments at once in a spreadsheet-style grid, categorized as they're entered. When it's time to reconcile, a dedicated tick-and-tie workspace matches your posted transactions against a statement (upload the PDF or image for your records) and won't let you close it out until the difference hits exactly $0.00, with a full history of past reconciliations kept alongside each account.

04

Chart of Accounts Built for Your Industry

Start with a real Chart of Accounts for your industry, not a generic template.

Sign up and tell us your industry, and your Chart of Accounts is seeded automatically, starting with a foundation of the core accounts every business needs, plus the accounts specific to how your industry actually operates (think Food Cost and Beverage Cost for a restaurant, or Direct Job Materials and Subcontractor Expense for a contractor, not generic "Cost of Goods Sold"). From there, reorganize and nest accounts by drag-and-drop or from the keyboard, reclassify Assets and Liabilities as Current, Fixed, or Non-Current, and split Expenses into Cost of Goods Sold vs. Operating Expenses. Deleting an account is balance-gated, so you can never accidentally corrupt your books. An account with any activity is retired, not erased.

05

Accountant Tools

Batch transaction entry and adjusting entries, with a full audit trail.

Batch Enter Transactions and General Adjusting Entries share the same compact line-item editor, so posting a month's worth of deposits or a set of month-end adjustments (depreciation, accruals, corrections) both feel like using one tool, not two. Every batch is wrapped in an audit trail with the option to edit or fully undo it later. Undoing reverses the entries rather than deleting them, so your history always stays intact.

06

Tax Filing Deadlines

Federal filing deadlines tracked automatically based on your entity type.

Upcoming federal filing deadlines are computed automatically from your business's entity type, whether that's a Sole Proprietorship, Partnership/Multi-Member LLC, S-Corporation, C-Corporation, or Nonprofit, so you're not the one keeping track of the calendar. S-Corporations also get a payroll deadlines table for Forms 941/940 and W-2/W-3, since S-corp owner-employees generally have to run payroll. Have a deadline coming up that needs a real conversation? Book a tax review call directly from this page, without leaving the portal.
